Who we are

Prime Freight Logistics Inc. ("Prime Freight", "we") is a freight forwarder headquartered at 4 Place du Commerce, Suite 230, Montreal, Quebec, Canada H3E 1J4. This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information when you use this website, our online platform and our services, in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (as amended by Law 25) and Canada's PIPEDA.

What we collect

Information you give us: name, work email, company, phone and message contents when you request rates, book a demo, contact us, subscribe to market updates or unlock market reports.
Account and shipment information, when you use the Prime Freight platform: booking details, shipment references, documents and billing information needed to provide our services.
Technical information: device, browser and usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and understand how it is used. Your language and theme preferences are stored locally on your device.

Why we use it

To provide quotes, bookings, tracking and the other services you request.
To respond to enquiries and schedule demos.
To send market updates and reports you have asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To operate, secure and improve our website and platform.
To meet legal, customs and regulatory obligations tied to international freight.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only as needed to move your freight and run our business: carriers, customs brokers, agents and other logistics partners involved in your shipments; service providers that host our systems and communications; and authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information. Some partners and providers are located outside Quebec and Canada; where that is the case we take steps required by law to protect the information.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and for the retention periods required by transport, customs and tax law, after which it is destroyed or anonymized.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or (where applicable) deletion of your personal information, withdraw consent to communications, and ask about how your information is handled. We respond within the timelines set by law.
